Jose Michel Club - Vintage Champagne - 6 bottles

This special Jose Michel Prestige cuvee is blended with 50% Meunier and 50% Chardonnay, some of which is produced from vines of over 70 years old. It is then patiently aged over many years in stainless steel vats, before being transferred to oak casks. The result is a Champagne with a pleasing balance and flavours of peach and greengages. It’s delicate on the palate with a persistent finish that allows drinkers to enjoy every sip to its fullest.  

Aroma: elegant and complex, featuring floral hints, toasted hazelnuts and almonds

• Colour: Golden yellow with delicate, lively bubbles.
• Bottling: 0.75 litres or 1.5 litres, the latter of which comes in an old-style bottle that is very sought after.  
• Food pairings: this Champagne is best accompanied by haute cuisine meals (beef fillet, duck, chicken with cream sauce, lobster, and more).
