1 GENERAL
1.1 Gunnercooke llp is a limited liability partnership in England and Wales with registered number OC355375.
1.2 These terms and conditions set out the basis upon which gunnercooke llp will provide a rewards programme ClubGC (‘ClubGC’) to Partners and Operating Partners in the United Kingdom.
1.3 Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in these terms is to gunnercooke llp, and any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ is to the person redeeming their ClubGC points on ClubGC website.
1.4 We may make changes to these terms at any time. However, the terms which apply to your order will be those in force at the time you submitted your order to us. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this Programme at any time without prior notice.
2 GUNNERCOINS
2.1 gunnercoins are rewards points which can be used to redeem rewards in ClubGC. Gunnercoins have no cash value. They may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash. However, in most instances their equivalent value is dictated in accordance with the below table:

2.2 gunnercoins are awarded and redeemed at the absolute discretion of gunnercooke and available to gunnercooke designated fee earners only.
2.3 You may transfer up to 1,000 gunnercoins to another partner. You may gift gunnercoins in denominations of 100, 500, and 1,000. You may transfer a maximum of 1,000 to a single partner in a calendar year. One Partner or Operating Partner may be gifted a maximum of 10,000 gunnercoins in a calendar year from different sources.
2.4 gunnercoins will expire after 2 years from their issue date.
2.5 Any unspent gunnercoins will be lost when you leave gunnercooke and any orders submitted following the service of notice on your contract for services by either party will be fulfilled at gunnercooke’s absolute discretion.
2.6 In the course of use of clubgc, you may see this symbol (₹), in any place where this symbol appears, it will denote a value of gunnercoins only.
3 ORDERS & DELIVERY
3.1 Please ensure that you check your order carefully.
3.2 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email to indicate that your order has been received. A member of the partner services team will then contact
our suppliers to ensure the order fulfilment.
3.3 An order of a physical item will be considered fulfilled after it has been ordered from the supplier. A service-based order will be considered fulfilled after the appropriate introduction has been made. Donation-based orders will be considered fulfilled once a payment request has been sent to gc Finance team.
3.4 You will receive your order within 2 weeks of placing it through ClubGC. We will send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know once your order has been dispatched wherever possible.
3.5 We will do all that we reasonably can to deliver your order within the delivery period or on the delivery date provided by our supplier. If your delivery is delayed, you will receive an email to let you know as soon as reasonably possible. We are not liable for any losses you incur if delivery is delayed because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, accidents, unpredictable traffic delays, or any other matters outside our control).
3.6 We will deliver your order to the address specified by you when you placed your order
3.7 Please examine the items as soon as reasonably possible after the delivery and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as reasonably possible.
4 AVAILABILITY
4.1 All orders are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that any product will be available at any given time. In certain circumstances beyond our reasonable control, for example if there has been a worldwide shortage of an item, or a change in law, we may need to stop advertising certain rewards. If this happens and it affects your order, we will notify you via email, cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.
5 AMENDING YOUR ORDER & CANCELLATIONS
5.1 If you would like to make any changes to your order after you have submitted it, please contact Partner services (partnerservices@gunenrcooke.com) or your Relationship Manager as soon as possible.
6 ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
6.1 Descriptions of available items are set out on our website.
6.2 Please read the item description carefully. Pictures and images of the items or their packaging on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Items you receive and their packaging may vary slightly from those pictures or images.
6.3 We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your device will match exactly the appearance of the items you receive. The colours of items displayed on our website may vary depending on the type and make of the device you’re using and your settings.
