Who is eligible for clubgc?
This program is currently open to UK self-employed Partners, Associates and OPs. If you are not in one of these categories, or work as part of a team, you unfortunately are currently ineligible for clubgc.
How do I join clubgc?
Eligible participants are automatically enrolled in clubgc. You will receive a welcome email with a link to the site. Although you will be able to browse, you must activate your account in order to make purchases with your gunnercoins.
How do I activate my account and login?
Click on your Account

Enter your gunnercooke email address to receive your 6 digit authentication code, once this has been entered, you’re ready to go!
If you believe you’re eligible but haven’t been enrolled, please contact the Partner Services Team.
How do I earn gunnercoins?
gunnercoins are earned by completing activities such as:
- Receiving a 10 on an NPS review (limited to one a month);
- Achieving 5 or 10 years service in the business
- Successfully referring a Partner into gunnercooke
- Supporting gcTrust initiatives (awarded at the discretion of the leadership team); and
- When you have a success we want to celebrate with you!
How will I know that I have earned gunnercoins?
You’ll receive a notification email when gunnercoins are credited to your account. You can also view your gunnercoins total through your account.
How do I check how many gunnercoins I have?
On clubgc click the icon pictured below, then from the menu under your initials, click profile and scroll to the bottom where you will find your payment methods, and your gunnercoin balance will be shown there as "store credit".

What does the symbol ₹ mean?
This denotes the symbol for gunnercoins. This is a locked in feature of the platform used to facilitate clubgc and can be disregarded. It shall not denote a monetary value of Indian Rupees.
Can I exchange my gunnercoins for cash?
No, gunnercoins cannot be exchanged for cash. They are exclusively for your use within the rewards program.
Are there any fees associated with the programme?
No, participation in the rewards program is completely free.
Redeeming gunnercoins
What can I redeem my gunnercoins for?
gunnercoins can be redeemed for a wide range of products available on clubgc. All products and services can be found in the full collection section of clubgc.
How do I redeem my gunnercoins?
To redeem your gunnercoins:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the product you want.
- Confirm your redemption and checkout by selecting “Apply Store Credit”
Once completed, the gunnercoins will be deducted, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Are the product images accurate?
While we strive to ensure that product images are representative, there may be slight variations in appearance due to manufacturing updates or image representation. If an item is sold out, we will inform you at our earliest convenience and can refund your coins if the product is no longer available.
Can I return or exchange a redeemed product?
Returns or exchanges for redeemed products are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific item. Please contact Partner Services for assistance.
Is there a limit to how many gunnercoins I can redeem at once?
No, you can redeem as many gunnercoins as you have available, provided the items are in stock and you have enough gunnercoins. We do recommend checking out each individual item separately.
Earning and managing gunnercoins
Do my gunnercoins expire?
Yes, gunnercoins have an expiration period of 2 years from allocation. The expiration date will be visible in your account, and the expiry date will appear on your notification email when the gunnercoins hit your account.
What happens to my gunnercoins if I leave gunnercooke?
When you leave gunnercooke, your account will be made inactive on or before your exit date and your gunnercoins will be forfeited. Please refer to the terms and conditions for full details.
I was informed I had accrued gunnercoins but they weren't credited to my account. What should I do?
If gunnercoins are not credited as expected, please contact the Partner Services Team with details of the activity. We’ll investigate and ensure any errors are corrected.
