In the heart of the Cote des Blancs, a small 21-hectare property produces some 180,000 bottles yearly. Jose Michel and his son Bruno run it with the greatest of care. The deep shade of pink, this beautiful, full-bodied, demi-dry wine offers intense cherry and yeast flavours and a long, lovely rose finish.

Resulting from the careful blend of 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir, produced from a maceration designed to extract their colours and flavours, this stylish Cuvee captivates with its very attractive pinkish colour. Its Pinot nose lets the red fruit aromas burst out.
