Welcome to ClubGC

It has always been a mark of our culture that we seek to reward success (my family know that I much prefer to celebrate success or achievement than birthdays, which seems to happen every year no matter what I do – guess I should be thankful that they keep coming!). We also love to show appreciation when someone goes above and beyond. It is a special culture of kindness which we should embrace and cherish and give thanks for. 

We are always thinking just how we can enhance that culture. We even have a special group looking at how we can do better, which different people are invited to join from time to time  and give their views at. We call it the Google group – long story.

From our Google group, we are about to launch clubgc. Which will do precisely that – enhance our culture. clubgc will recognise the success of our partners, their alignment with our values and the contributions that they have made to the success of the firm. The project has been led by Janine Tourney, one of our Partner Services Managers, and what a great job she has done.  

All our Partners will be enrolled in clubgc and will be awarded gunnercoins for their achievements and contributions to the firm, such as successful partner referrals or getting top marks on an NPS review or helping gcTrust with a project.

Your gunnercoins are yours to spend. We will have a great variety of gifts from purpose-led suppliers available on the clubgc website. You could book a weekend away with our dedicated Travel Counsellor. Or you can have an afternoon tea. Or you can give back to the local community by donating your gunnercoins to an inspire* charity and see the real-world impact of your contribution. You can gift your coins to a colleague for a job well done. You can use them to buy some coaching. They are yours to use as you wish.
